摘要
[目的]为了探索CART基因与大别山牛体尺性状的相关性。[方法]采用PCR扩增、测序和生物信息学方法。[结果]发现大别山牛CART基因第一内含子存在T253C变异,第二内含子存在A1467G变异,关联分析发现T253C位点突变与大别山牛体高和腹围显著相关(P<0.05),A1467G位点突变与管围和腰角宽差异相关(P<0.05)。[结论]CART基因SNPs对大别山牛体高、腹围、腰角宽和坐骨端宽的体尺性状均有不同程度的影响,可以尝试将其作为大别山牛新品系培育的主效候选基因或与主基因紧密连锁的分子标记。
[Objective] To analyze the polymorphisms of CART Oene and its association with body measurement traits in Dabieshan Cattle. [Method] Using PCR, sequencing and bioinformatics methods. [Result] Two SNPs had been detected in CART gene including T253C in intron 1 and A1467G in intron 2. Association analysis of polymorphisms of CART gene with body measurement traits showed that T253C in intron 1 has a significant association with the withers height and abdominal girth (P〈0.05), A1467G in intron 2 has a significant association with the cannon circumference and hucklebone width (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The SNPs of the CART gene may be closely associated with some body measurement traits, and could be a major candidate gene or molecular markers closely associated with major genes for new strain breeding of Dabieshan cattle.
