口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学价值及效果观察

Aesthetic value and effect observation of oral implantation in repairing dentition defect

目的探讨口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床效果与美学价值。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月期间收治的56例牙列缺损患者,均行口腔种植修复术,观察修复6个月后的效果及患者满意度。结果种植后患者咬合力明显高于种植前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);种植后的疗效评分均高于种植前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后患者对美观程度有1例不满意,满意度为98.21%(55/56)。其他固位功能、舒适功能、咀嚼功能和语言功能等满意度均为100.00%(56/56)。结论对牙列缺损患者应用口腔种植修复的临床效果显著,患者对其修复的满意度较高,修复后患者牙齿功能与美观性均相对提高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and aesthetic value of oral implantation in repairing dentition defect. Methods A total of 56 patients with dentition defect in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and underwent oral implant repair. The effect and patient satisfaction after 6 months of repair were observed. Results The bite force of patients after implantation was significantly higher than that before implantation（P〈0.05）. The efficacy score after implantation was significantly higher than that before implantation（P〈0.05）. After repair, there was 1 case of dissatisfaction with degree of beauty, with satisfaction of 98.21% （55/56）.The satisfactions of other retention function, comfort function, chewing function and language function are all 100.00% （56/56）. Conclusion The clinical effect of oral implant repair is significant in patients with dentition defect, and the patient＇s satisfaction with repair is higher. The tooth function and aesthetics of the patients are relatively improved, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
