康复运动对老年冠心病介入治疗患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of rehabilitation exercise on quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy

目的研究康复运动对行介入治疗的老年冠心病患者日常生活质量的相关影响。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年9月期间所收治的78例老年冠心病患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将此次研究对象均分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组实施常规康复治疗,研究组采取康复运动,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效以及各项生活质量指标。结果研究组患者采取康复运动6个月后,其生理领域、总体健康与自我总评评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的独立性评分、社会关系评分、环境领域评分和精神支柱评分等和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复运动可促进老年冠心病患者行介入治疗之后日常生活质量的提升,对于血管的再狭窄具有预防作用,对于心脏的侧支循环相关形成具有促进作用,使患者的冠脉血流增加,有效控制患者的危险因素,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation exercise on the quality of daily life in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） treated with interventional therapy. Methods 78 patients with elderly coronary heart disease admitted from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group（n= 39） and study group（n=39） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment and the study group was treated with rehabilitation exercise. The clinical efficacy and quality of life indicators between the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results After 6 months of rehabilitation exercise, the physiological field, the overall health and the self-rating score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the independence score, the social relationship score, the environmental scoring, and the psychiatric scoring data between the study group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can promote the improvement of daily life quality after interventional therapy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which can prevent the restenosis of blood vessels, promote the formation of collateral circulation in the heart, and increase the coronary blood flow. And it effectively controls the risk factors for patients and is worthy of further clinical application.
