紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂与卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of paclitaxel and capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的比较紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂与卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法对本院2016年1月~2017年1月接受治疗的晚期胃癌患者60例进行研究,根据化疗方案不同随机分为A组及B组,每组各30例。A组予紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗,B组予卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗,化疗2个周期后评价疗效,并观察不良反应。结果 A组治疗后的有效率50.0%(15/30),B组治疗后的有效率40.0%(12/30),A组与B组近期疗效相比,差异不存在显著性(P>0.05)。A组患者骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、神经毒性、脱发、口腔黏膜溃疡、肝功能损害的发生率分别与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂与卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效相似,无明显不良反应。

Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were studied. According to the different chemotherapy regimens, they were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 30 patients in each group. The group A was treated with paelitaxel combined with oxaliplatin. The group B was treated with capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin. The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy. And the adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate was 50.0%（15/30） in group A and 40.0%（12/30） in group B, and there was no significant difference in the recent efficacy between group A and group B（P〉0.05）. There were no significant differences in the incidences of bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, neurotoxicity, hair loss, oral mucosal ulcer and liver damage between group A and group B（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is similar, and there are no significant adverse reactions.
