Promotion strategy of 2010 version of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in primary hospitals

目的探讨2010版心肺复苏在基层医院中推广策略。方法选择2015年7月我院对口支援的5家基层医疗卫生院的203名医护人员为研究对象,成立心肺复苏急救技术推广小组,以《2010年心肺复苏指南》为标准,结合我院工作实际,制定科学、规范、操作性强、层次化的培训考核标准,对基层医院医护人员进行2010版心肺复苏培训。比较推广前后理论考核及操作考核成绩、合格率、成绩提高情况。结果推广后,基层医务人员急救知识理论成绩与急救操作成绩显著高于推广前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。推广后,基层医务人员急救知识理论考核及操作考核合格率均较推广前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。理考核成绩提高程度与操作考核成绩提高程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过制定科学的、规范的、可操作性强的、有计划的2010版心肺复苏指南基层医院推广策略,能够显著提高基层医院急救理论知识及操作技术。

Objective To explore the promotion strategy of 2010 version of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Primary hospitals. Methods A total of 203 health care workers in five primary health care centers supported by our hospital in July 2015 were selected as subjects. The eardiopulmonary resuscitation rescue technology promotion group was established. Choosing ＂2010 Guidelines for eardiopulmonary resuscitation＂ as the standard, combined with the actual work of our hospital, the scientific, standardized, operational and hierarchical training assessment standards were developed. The primary hospital health care workers were trained for the 2010 version of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The theoretical assessment and operational assessment score, pass rate, achievement improvement were compared before and after the promotion. Results The first aid knowledge theoretical score and first aid operation score of primary hospital health care workers after the promotion were significantly higher than those before the promotion（P〈0.05）. The pass rates of the first aid knowledge theoretical assessment and operational assessment of primary hospital health care workers after the promotion were significantly improved compared with those before the promotion, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between the improvement degree of first aid knowledge theoretical score and the improvement degree of the operational assessment results （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can significantly improve the primary hospital first aid theory knowledge and operation technology by developing scientific, standardized, operable and planned 2010 version of eardiopulmonary resuscitation guide grassroots hospital promotion strategy.
