基于线性规划的混合原油性质预测模型

摘要 由于石化企业的原料油品种复杂,不利于生产装置的平稳运行;为提高企业的生产效益,根据原油月度计划、罐区各种原油比例、原油评价数据表,基于线性规划算法,设计混合原油性质预测模型,使得原油罐区的混合原油性质,在不能突破装置硫、酸含量的阈值下,实现生产效益的优化;针对模型进行软件设计,可以动态地计算各原油罐区的混合原油性质,便于原油生产装置的提前调控,从而降低人工强度,提高生产效率。 Due to the complex oil variety of petrochemical enterprises, it is not conducive to the smooth operation of the production equipnleut. Ac- cording to crude oil monthly plan, various crude oil ratio and crude oil evaluation data table, designs the prediction model of mixed crude oil based on the linear programming algorithm in order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. The model makes the crude oil in the crude oil tank region not breakthrough the threshold of sulfur and acid content. Software design for model, can dynamically calculate the mixed crude oil properties of crude oil tank farm, facilitate crude oil production plant in advance control, to reduce labor intensity, im- prove work efficiency.
