摘要
目的探究分析阶段目标教学法在医学院学生临床带教中的应用价值。方法将120名医学院学生为研究对象,分设对照组和研究组,每组随机分配60例。对照组采用传统教学方式,研究组在传统教学基础上开展阶段目标教学法。结果研究组考核成绩合格率、带教满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学相比,阶段目标教学法在临床学生实习中的应用价值大。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of stage target teaching method in clinical teaching of medical students. Methods 120 medical college students were divided into control group and research group, with 60 cases randomly allocated to each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the research group carried out the phase target teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching. Results The satisfaction rate and teaching satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the stage target teaching method has great application value in clinical student practice, and it is a highly effective teaching mode which is worth popularizing widely.
