图示法讲授凝血功能障碍检查的体会

摘要 凝血功能障碍的检查是实验诊断学讲授中的难点。要真正弄懂、记住这些检查的临床意义,关键在于正确理解凝血过程与每项检查的原理。学生在接受传统方法授课时很难理解与记忆上述内容,且容易混淆概念,更不能融会贯通。笔者在教学实践中采用图示法讲授凝血功能障碍的检查,并通过学生的网上投票反馈。结果表明,图示法讲授凝血功能障碍检查能形象地表述凝血过程、凝血功能障碍各项检查的原理、临床意义、以及各个项目及概念之间的相互关系。从而极大地帮助学生理解与记忆这些检查的临床意义并用于临床实践。并期望为这节课程的编写提供些许启示。 Examinations of coagulation dysfunction are the difficult points in laboratory diagnostic teaching. It is the key that understand exactly coagulation process, principle and the Clinical significance of the tests for indeed understanding and memorizing the examinations. With traditional teaching method, teacher difficultly make students understand and remember these contents and students usually confuse the concepts and can't neatly put to use when teacher give a lecture of the course. Using graphic teaching method, writer could vividly describe the coagulation process, principle and the clinical significance of tests in coagulation dysfunction, and mutual relations of these concepts. Students' feedback results in network indicated this teaching method could greatly help students to understand and memorize clinical significance of these tests. It was expectation to provide some inspiration for the writing of this course.
