CRP和血常规中白细胞计数联合检验在儿科中的应用价值

Application Value of CRP and Routine Blood Count Combined With Leukocyte Count in Pediatrics

目的分析CRP和血常规中白细胞计数联合检验在儿科中的应用价值。方法选取本院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的95例患者临床资料,其中病毒感染者为实验组(55例),细菌感染者为对照组(40例),两组均予以CRP和血常规中白细胞计数联合检验,对比两组检测结果。结果与对照组相比,实验组CRP(75.30±8.30)mg/L更高、白细胞计数(7.69±1.35)×10~9/L更低;对照组阳性率30.00%,低于实验组63.60%(P<0.05)。结论将CRP联合血常规中白细胞检测应用于儿科中可为临床判断细菌或病毒感染提供依据。

Objective Analysis of CRP and blood routine examination of leukocyte count in pediatric. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 95 cases of patients in our hospital were infected with virus, which was the experimental group （55 cases）, bacterial infection as the control group （40 cases）, two groups were treated with white blood cell count and blood CRP in the joint test, compared two groups of test results. Results Compared with the control group, the CRP （75.30±8.30） mg/L in the experimental group was higher, and the WBC count （7.69±1.35）× 109/L was lower; The positive rate of the control group was 30%, which was lower than that of the experimental group 63.60% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of CRP combined with routine blood test in the diagnosis of bacteria or virus infection can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of bacteria or virus infection.
