本文总结文献材料和临床材料分析胆石症超声检出情况,并总结分析危险因素。胆石症的发病与胆固醇和胆汁酸浓度比例改变、消化不良、过度肥胖、妊娠、长期高热量高脂肪的饮食、肠外营养过盛、糖尿病、高脂血症、或者长期胃部手术等密切相关。对胆石症超声检出情况和危险因素进行分析调查,有助于提高临床诊断。

In this paper, the literature and clinical materials were summarized to analyze the ultrasonic detection of cholelithiasis and to summarize and analyze the risk factors. The incidence of cholelithiasis is closely related to the change of the proportion of cholesterol and bile acid, dyspepsia, obesity, pregnancy, long-term high calorie, high-fat diet, parenteral nutrition, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or long-term gastric surgery. The analysis and investigation of the ultrasonic detection and risk factors of cholelithiasis can help to improve the clinical diagnosis.
