新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床治疗观察分析

目的分析和研究新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床治疗。方法选取我院在2015年12月—2016年12月收治的128例胎粪吸入综合征新生儿,按照随机分配原则将所有患儿分成参照组和研究组,各64例,其中参照组患儿采用常规综合治疗,研究组患者联合应用沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗,观察和比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果参照组患儿的治疗总有效率为73.44%,研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.88%,研究组患儿的治疗有效率高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床治疗中在常规综合治疗的基础上联合沐舒坦雾化吸入,其临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To analysis and study the clinical treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016, 128 cases of meconium aspiration syndrome were selected in our hospital. According to the principle of random allocation, all the children were divided into the reference group and the study group, 64 cases in each group, the reference group were treated with conventional therapy, study group with combined application of mueosolvan aerosol inhalation treatment, two groups of children were clinical observation and comparison. Results The total effective rate of the children in the reference group was 73.44%, and the total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%, the treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical treatment of inhalation syndrome on the basis of routine treatment combined with Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation in neonatal meconium, its clinical effect is remarkable.
