甲状腺良性肿瘤腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗的疗效探讨

Effect of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy With Small Incision for Benign Thyroid Tumor

目的探讨甲状腺良性肿瘤应用腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术的治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者92例临床资料,分组为研究组和对照组,每组各46例。研究组给予腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗,对照组给予甲状腺开放性手术治疗,比较两组的手术治疗情况及并发症的发生率。结果研究组的引流量、出血量、手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间及切口长度分别为(27.47±5.24)ml、(11.52±2.37)ml、(52.96±11.75)min、(2.33±0.47)d、(3.55±0.82)d、(3.24±0.74)cm,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为6.52%(3/46),低于对照组的17.39%(8/46),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤效果好,且并发症少。

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy with small incision for benign thyroid tumor. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 92 patients with thyroid benign tumor treated in our hospital were selected, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 46 cases in each group. The study group received endoscopic assisted thyroidectomy with small incision, the control group was treated with open thyroidectomy, the surgical treatment and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The research group of the drainage volume, bleeding volume, operation time, extubation time, hospitalization time and incision length respectively （27.47±5.24）ml, （11.52±2.37）ml, （52.96±11.75）min, （2.33±0.47）d, （3.55±0.82）d,（3.24±0.74） cm were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.52% （3/46） was lower than the control group 17.39% （8/46）, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy with small incision for benign thyroid tumor has good effect and less complications.
