综合疗法在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的探讨综合疗法在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的临床效果及应用价值。方法选取我院收治的2016年7月—2017年3月慢性宫颈炎患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予微波疗法,观察组给予综合疗法;对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及满意度情况。结果分别经临床有效施治后,观察组治疗的总有效率及满意度均高于对照组,且其复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法应用于慢性宫颈炎治疗的临床效果确切,可有效降低复发率,提高患者治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods From July 2016 to March 2017, 70 cases of chronic cervicitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given microwave therapy, and the observation group was given comprehensive therapy; The treatment effect, recurrence and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the clinical effective treatment, the total effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. It can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the satisfaction of patients.
