氢氧化钙在口腔内科的应用

目的分析氢氧化钙在口腔内科中的应用效果。方法选择接受常规活髓切断术治疗的患者恒前牙80颗随机分成观察组A(40颗)和对照组A(40颗),分别选择氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氧化锌进行活髓切断术;同时选择接受盖髓术的患者牙齿200颗,随机分成观察组B(100颗)和对照组B(100颗),分别选择氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氧化锌进行盖髓术;选择接受根尖诱导成形术的患者牙齿80颗,随机分成观察组C(40颗)和对照组C(40颗),分别选择氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氧化锌进行根尖诱导成形术。对治疗效果进行观察分析。结果观察组A、观察组B、观察组C的治疗成功率均高于对照组A、对照组B、对照组C,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔内科应用氢氧化钙效果理想,有助于牙齿的清洁和增强消毒效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of calcium hydroxide in oral medicine. Methods The patients with 80 constant anterior teeth and treated with conventional bone marrow transection were randomly divided into observation group A and control group A （40 in each group）, and calcium hydroxide iodoform paste and formaldehyde cresol mixture were used for pulpotomy. And 200 teeth of patients who underwent pulp capping were randomly divided into observation group B and control group B （100 in each group）, and iodoform paste and cresol mixture were u^ed for pulp capping. At the same time, 80 teeth of patients who receiving apical bud forming were randomly divided into observation group C and control group C （40 in each group）, iodoform paste and cresol mixture were used for root canal plasty bud. The treatment effect was compared. Results Clinical efficacy of observation group A, B and C were better than those in control group A, B and C （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of calcium hydroxide in oral medicine is ideal, which is helpful for cleaning teeth and enhancing disinfection effect.
