脑络通汤治疗脑梗死的临床价值

Clinical Value of Naoluotong Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨脑络通汤对脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法将我院在2016年5月—2017年5月收治的脑梗死患者抽取100例为研究对象,并分为对照组与观察组。两组均采用常规治疗方案,对照组加用丹参注射液,观察组加用脑通络汤,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗效果的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);神经系统缺陷评分在治疗前的比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑络通汤对脑梗死有着明显的临床效果,可以减轻患者神经功能的缺损程度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naoluotong decoction on cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects, and divided into two groups.Two groups were treated with conventional therapy, the control group was treated with Danshen injection, the observation group was added with brain Naoluotongdecoction, therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results There was statistical difference between the two groups in the treatment effect （P 〈 0.05）; the difference of neurological functiondeficit score between two groups was not statisticsignificantbefore treatment （P 〉 0.05）, but there was statistic significant differences after treatment between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Naoluotong decoction has obvious clinical effect on cerebral infarction, it can reduce the degree of neurological functiondeficit.
