脑瘫患儿健康教育移动护理APP平台的构建与应用研究

Construction and Application of Mobile Nursing APP Platform for Health Education of Children With Cerebral Palsy

目的构建"脑瘫移动护理App(applications,APP)"健康教育服务平台并推广应用。方法成立App项目小组,构建App功能模块,于2016年7月—2017年1月对住院的3~12岁脑瘫患儿及家长100例进行应用管理,评价患儿及家属使用后的效果。结果干预6个月后脑瘫患儿家庭康复依从性、生活自理能力、生存质量均较干预前有提高,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论"脑瘫移动护理App"应用于脑瘫患儿健康教育中效果明显。

Objective To apply and construct the ＂cerebral palsy mobile nursing App （applications, APP）＂ health education service platform. Methods The App project group was set up and App function module was constructed. From July 2016 to January 2017, 100 cases of cerebral palsy children and their parents aged 3 to 12 years were applied and managed, and the effect of children and their families was evaluated. Results After 6 months of intervention, the family rehabilitation compliance, self-care ability and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy were improved compared with those before intervention, P 〈 0.001, the difference was statistically significant Conclusion ＂Cerebral palsy mobile nursing App＂ application in children with cerebral palsy health education effect is obvious.
