基于投稿论文的学术不端防范

Preventive Measures Against Academic Paper Misconduct

文章在综合已有文献的基础上,结合编辑工作实践,基于科技期刊投稿论文及编辑的视角,对投稿论文学术不端的主要呈现形式:剽窃、抄袭他人学术成果;不正当署名;买卖论文;一稿多投;重复发表等进行了分析和界定。从加强编辑责任意识、引导作者提升自身防范学术不端意识、利用好学术不端检测系统及其他互联网资源联合检测手段、针对论文投稿制定切实可行的规章制度、构建作者-审者-编者联防联查的论文大数据共享平台等方面提出了防范学术不端的对策。

From an editor＇s perspective, this article analyses papers submitted to scientific joumals and defines the academic paper＇s main misconducts, such as plagiarism; illegitimate signature; trading papers; multiple contributions of one manuscript and repeated publication. The countermeasures to prevent academic misconduct are put forward as follows： strengthening editor＇s sense of responsibility; enhancing authors＇ awareness to avoid academic misconduct; making full use of the academic misconduct detection system and joint detection methods from other Internet resources; laying down feasible rules and regulations for the contribution papers, and building a large author-examiner-editor data sharing platform to detect any academic misconduct.
