哈萨克斯坦在发展经济的同时高度重视职业技术教育,目前已构建了较为完善的职业技术教育体系。在"博洛尼亚进程"下,哈萨克斯坦政府积极推进职业技术教育改革,努力推进其与国际接轨,采取了深化国际组织的合作、构建区域培训中心、加大高等职业教育投入和构建国家资格框架等措施,致力于满足哈萨克斯坦经济社会发展的技术人才需要,推进其资源型经济向创新型工业经济转轨。

Kazakhstan attaches great importance to vocational and technical education. A relatively complete system of vocational and technical education has been established. Under the ＂Bologna Process＂, the Kazakhstan government actively promote the reform of vocational and technical education, trying to make it in line with international standards. They started to further cooperate with international organizations, build regional training centers, invest more in higher vocational education and construct a national qualification framework. They are fully committed to meet the needs for technical talents during the process of transiting the resources-based economy to an innovative industrial economy.
