摘要 教师标准是教育行业在长期发展过程中所形成的准入、实施、评价的重要指标。西方发达国家早在20世纪就开始了教师标准的开发与研究。近年来,我国也兴起对职业教育教师标准的研究,在国家逐步将职业教育贯通并成体系性推动的背景下,高等职业教育教师标准尚未出台系统性、科学性、普适性和约束性的条例。因此,推进高等职业教育健康发展,必须构建高等职业教育标准指标体系。 Teachers' standard is an important indicator of the admittance,implementation and evaluation of education industry formed in the course of long-term development.Western developed countries have been engaged in the development and research of the teachers' standard as early as the 20 th century.In recent years,the research on teachers' standard of vocational education has been alsoon the rise in China,but in the context that the country is gradually interconnecting the vocational education intoasystem,nosystematic,scientific,universalorbindingregulationshasbeen introduced for the teachers' standard of higher vocational education.Therefore,to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education,we must construct the standard index system of higher vocational education.
