关于仓储作业实务岗位情境化课程改革的研究与实践

摘要 仓储作业实务是中等职业学校物流服务与管理专业仓储与配送方向的核心专业课程,也是中高职衔接系统化人才培养中仓储岗位技能培养的核心课程,为实现教学过程与生产过程对接,针对本门课开展了任务驱动的岗位情境化、理实一体化、赛学一体化的课程改革与实践,包括专业知识和职业技能进行系统设计,然后进行课程改革的实践,通过总结实践改革成果,剖析应注意的问题,并进行对策探讨。 Warehousing operation practice is a core professional course of warehousing and distribution of logistics service and management discipline of secondary vocational schools,and also a core course for warehousing post skills training in the cultivation of systematic talents in the linking of secondary and higher vocational schools.To realize the connection of teaching process and production process,the course reform and practice like task-driven post contextualization,theory-practice integration,and competition-learning integration have been developed for this course,including,conducting systematic design of professional knowledge and vocational skills,then conducting the practice of course reform,summarizing the results of practice reform,analyzing the problems to pay attention to,and discussing the countermeasures.
