摘要
听觉毛细胞损伤是引起听力损失最常见的原因,本综述主要介绍几个信号通路,包括炎症反应、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号传导途径、氧化性应激等,涉及毛细胞发生毒性反应或应激反应后的程序性和坏死性死亡,揭示了引起听觉毛细胞损伤的信号通路的相互作用,以及避免听觉毛细胞因凋亡或非凋亡途径死亡的治疗干预策略。
Hearing loss occurs most commonly from damaged auditory sensory hair cells (HCs) within the cochlea. This review describes several signaling pathways including inflammatory processes,members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal pathway and oxidative stress, refering to hair cell toxicity reaction or the programmed and necrotic death of stressor events. It reveals the interaction of signaling pathways of the auditory hair cells damage and the therapeutic strategy of protecting auditory hair cells from death by apoptosis or non-apoptosis pathway.
