摘要
慢性鼻．鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉是耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病，其发病机制尚不明确。近年来众多研究表明，M2巨噬细胞在慢性鼻．鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中起重要作用。本文主要就炎症因子、血管通透性改变及凝血机制三方面归纳总结M2巨噬细胞在慢性鼻．鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉组织重塑中的作用。
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps（CRSwNP） is the common disease in otolaryngology but its pathogenesis is still a question. Recent study indicates M2 macrophages play an important role in the tissue remodeling of CRSwNP. This articlesummarizes how M2 macrophages work in the tissue remodeling of CRSwNP through inflammatory factors, vascular permeability changes and clotting mechanism.
