摘要 我国含盐盆地主要为陆相沉积,盐矿多为湖相沉积形成的薄层状结构,具有单盐层薄、夹层多、不溶物含量高等特征,与国外盐丘建库相比,我国层状盐岩建库面临着造腔速度慢、腔体形态控制难、成腔效率低等技术难题。文章主要针对我国层状盐层造腔过程中面临的主要建库技术难题,深入研究水溶机理和夹层垮塌机理,提出造腔优化、水平定向井型、空间动用效率来解决造腔控制难、造腔速度慢、成腔效率低技术难题。 In China,the salt basin are mainlyterrestrial deposits,the salt mine are mainly lakefacies,which formation is thin layered structure with the feature of salt layer thin,multi-interlayer,high insoluble content. Compared with foreign salt dome gas storage,salt cavern gas storage in China faces some technical problems,such us solution speed of mining was slow,cavern shape controlling was difficult,efficiency of salt cavern was low. In the paper,mainly aimed at technology difficulties of gas storage building in bedded salt layer,deeply studying the theory of water soluble and interlayer collapse,put forward building cavity optimization,horizontal directional well type,space efficiencyto solve technology difficulties that solution speed of mining was slow,that cavern shape controlling was difficult,that efficiency of salt cavern was low.
