后路椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨后路椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的护理措施.方法 选取该院2015年1月15日-2016年3月12日收治的腰椎管狭窄症患者40例,随机分为观察组(20例,针对性护理干预),对照组(20例,常规护理).观察两组患者的生活质量、护理满意度、抑郁评分、焦虑评分.结果 观察组患者的生活质量(社会功能、物质生活、心理功能、生理功能)高于对照组(均P〈0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分明显低于对照组(均P〈0.05).结论 应用后路椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症效果显著,具有手术创伤小、出血量少等优势,同时对患者进行针对性护理干预可以有效的促使患者早期康复,改善生活质量,临床上值得推广和应用. Objective To explore the nursing measures of lumbar spinal stenosis treated by multi-segment lim-ited decompression in posterior intervertebral disc.Methods A total of 40 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital from 15 January 2015 to 12 March 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases,targeted nursing intervention) and control group (20 cases,routine nursing). The quality of life satisfaction for nursing, score of depression and anxiety of the two groups were observed. Results The quality of life of the patients in the observation group(social function,material function, physiological function and physical function) was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The satisfaction for nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Scores of depression and anxiety of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing of lumbar vertebral canal stenosis treated by multisection limit-ed decompression in the posterior intervertebral disc was significantly effective, with the advantages of small operation trauma and low blood loss. Meanwhile, targeted nursing intervention can effectively promote early rehabilitation and im-prove the quality of life, which is worth clinical promoting and applying.
