超声药物导入技术辅助CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕 被引量:6

The therapeutic effect of ultrasonic drug delivery technology assisted with CO_2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertropic scars

摘要 目的探讨CO_2点阵激光联合超声药物导入技术(IMPACT)治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法回顾自2014—2016年收治的35例增生性瘢痕患者,根据其治疗方式分为超声药物导入组(IMPACT组)20例,单纯激光治疗组(对照组)15例。IMPACT组患者采用CO_2点阵激光治疗后,即行超声导入糖皮质激素类药物治疗。2~3个月治疗1次,连续治疗3次,随访时间为治疗后3个月。对照组患者行CO_2点阵激光治疗后未行超声导入糖皮质激素类药物。结果对照组共15例患者,明显好转者5例,有效者8例,无效者2例;IMPACT组共20例患者,明显好转者11例,有效者9例,无效者为0。IMPACT组与对照组疗效比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用CO_2点阵激光联合IMPACT治疗增生性瘢痕能显著提高其有效率,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the efficacy of CO_2 fractional laser combined with ultrasonic drug delivery technology(IMPACT)in the treatment of hypertropic scar, for the purpose of providing important reference information for clinical treatment. Methods From2014 to 2016, 35 patients diagnosed with hypertrophic scar in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups. In the control group,15 patients underwent laser treatment alone. In the experimental group, 20 patients underwent ultrasonic import glucocorticoid after CO_2 fractional laser treatment. All treatments were performed once every 2 to 3 months, and 3 times for each course. The follow-up duration was for 3 months after treatment. Results In the control group, 5 cases were significantly improved, in 8 cases the treatment was effective and in 2 cases treatment was ineffective for reduction of scar tissue. In the experimental group, 11 cases were significantly improved, treatment was effective in 9 cases. There were no cases in which the treatment showed no effect. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with ultrasonic drug delivery technology(IMPACT) can significantlyincrease the cure rate ofhyperplastic scars. This method was safe and reliable, and should be considered for promotion in clinic.
