In the cracking severity control system, the output of online chromatographic analyzers is used to calibrating online prediction model output, calibrated results of the controller are output to cracking severity controller and used to overcome adverse impact in normal production and operation due to soft measurement model mismatching. Therefore, the accurate and stable operation of the online analytical instruments is one of the important factors to determine the smooth and long-term operation of the cracking severity control system.
