双歧杆菌防治儿童腹型过敏性紫癜复发45例临床分析

Clinical analysis of bifidobacterium for the prevention and treatment of 45 cases of recurrent anaphylactoid purpura of abdominal type in children

目的探讨双歧杆菌在防治儿童腹型过敏性紫癜复发中的疗效。方法将我院收治的90例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。两组均采用常规方法治疗,观察组加用双歧杆菌口服佐治,观察并比较两组患儿的复发情况。年龄分组为小于6岁、6~10岁、大于10岁三个年龄段,男、女分组,然后观察两组分别在第1、2、3个月的疗效情况。结果第1个月观察组复发5例、对照组复发15例,第2个月观察组复发2例、对照组复发8例,第3个月观察组复发0例、对照组复发4例。前3个月观察组总复发7例,对照组总复发27例。年龄组、男女组疗效差异无统计学意义。随着时间的延长,两组患儿复发率均有所降低,但观察组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论口服双歧杆菌可明显降低过儿童腹型敏性紫癜的复发,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifidobacterium for the prevention and treatment of 45 cases of recurrent anaphylactoid purpura of abdominal type in children. Methods 90 cases of anaphylactoid purpura in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 45 cases. The patients in two groups were treated with conventional methods, and the patients in observation group were treated with Bifidobacterium orally, and the recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. The age group was divided into three groups： younger than 6 years old,6-10 years old and older than 10 years old, the male and female were grouped. Then the curative effect of two groups were observed at first, second, third months respectively. Results In first months, 5 cases recurred in the observation group, 15 cases recurred in the control group, second months later, 2 cases in the observation group, 8 cases recurred in the control group, in third months, 0 cases in the observation group, 4 cases recurred in the control group. In the first three months, there were 7 cases of total recurrence in the observation group and 27 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference between age groups and male and female. The recurrence rate of both groups decreased with time, but the observation group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Oral bifidobaeteria can significantly reduce the recurrence of children＇s abdominal type purpura and have high safety.
