比较常规剂量及大剂量开喉剑喷雾剂治疗普通型手足口病的临床疗效

Comparison of the clinical efficacy of conventional dose and large dose of larynx sword spray in the treatment of common hand foot and mouth disease

目的探讨对普通型手足口病患者分别施以常规剂量开喉剑喷雾剂治疗以及大剂量开喉剑喷雾剂治疗后,观察获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年4月~2017年6月收治的156例普通型手足口病患者作为实验对象;所有普通型手足口病患者通过随机数字表法分组;A1组(对照组52例):应用清热解毒中成药完成;A2组(常规剂量组52例):应用清热解毒中成药+常规剂量开喉剑喷雾剂完成;A3最(大剂量组52例):应用清热解毒中成药+大剂量开喉剑喷雾剂完成;对最终手足口病病症疗效差异回顾性分析。结果同A1组普通型手足口病患者手足口病疗效比较,A2组以及A3组普通型手足口病患者获得显著性提高,A3组提高程度最为显著(P<0.05)。结论临床在开展普通型手足口病治疗工作期间,合理应用大剂量开喉剑喷雾剂完成,对于手足口病疗效的提高以及口腔疱疹数的改善可以充分确保,从而优化普通型手足口病患者的预后能力。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conventional dose of larynx sword spray and high-dose larynx sword spray in patients with common hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 156 patients with common type HFMD who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into 3 groups by random number method. Group A1 （52 cases of control group） ： the application of antipyretic and detoxification Chinese patent medicine; Group A2 （52 cases of conventional dose group） ： the application of antipyretic and detoxification Chinese patent medicine ＋ conventional dose of larynx sword spray; Group A3 （52 cases of large dosage group） ： the application of antipyretic and detoxification Chinese patent medicine ＋ large dose of larynx sword spray; The difference of the curative effect of hand foot and mouth disease was analyzed. Results Compared with the group A1, the efficacy of the group A2 and the group A3 with common hand foot and mouth disease was significantly improved. The degree of improvement in group A3 was the most significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of HFMD, the rational use of large dose of larynx sword spray can achieve the improvement of hand foot mouth disease and the improvement of oral herpes number, so as to optimize the prognosis of patients with hand foot mouth disease.
