品管圈活动在提升婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中的作用

Role of quality control circle activities in improving the prevention and nursing of skin indentation caused by indwelling needle in infants

目的研究品管圈活动在提升婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中的作用。方法选取我院于2015年6月~2017年6月收治的需要留置针管的婴幼儿124例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例,对照组采用常规方式进行留置针穿刺操作,观察组采用品管圈活动进行操作,对两组患儿的皮肤压痕出现情况和品管圈活动后护理人员的工作能力提高效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患儿压痕出现率为9.68%(6/62),对照组患儿压痕出现率为29.03%(18/62)(P<0.05);品管圈活动后,护理人员在护理积极性、责任心、解决问题能力、团队凝聚力、协调能力、工作认同感与成就感及操作质量等护理能力评分与护理前相比具有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈活动应用于婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中,可以改善患儿压痕发生率,明显提高护理人员的能力以及积极性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the role of quality control circle activities in improving the prevention and nursing of skin indentation caused by indwelling needle in infants. Methods 124 infants and young children who needed indwelling needle tube in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group.The control group was received routine needle puncture operation,and the observation group was operated by quality control circle.The appearance of skin indentation and the nursing staff＇s work ability enhancement effect after the quality control circle activity was observed and compared in two groups. Results The indentation rate of the observation group was 9.68%（6/62）,and the indentation rate of the control group was 29.03%（18/62）（P 〈 0.05）;After the quality control circle activities,nursing staff in nursing enthusias re,responsibility,problem-solving ability,team cohesion,coordination ability,work identity and sense of accomplishment and quality of operation and nursing ability score compared with before nursing were improved significantly（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle can be applied to the prevention and treatment of skin indentation caused by indwelling needle in infants,which can improve the incidence of indentation,improve the ability and enthusiasm of nursing staff, and is worthy of clinical application.
