临床路径在鼻内镜下慢性鼻窦炎手术中的应用

Application of clinical pathway in endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

目的探讨临床路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年6月~2017年5月我院采取鼻内镜手术的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用临床路径,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、住院时间与费用、满意度。结果观察组健康知识掌握情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、住院费用明显短于对照组,并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜下行慢性鼻窦炎手术患者实施临床路径护理,缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,值得推广。

Objective To study the application efficacy of clinical pathway in the nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 60 cases underwent endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table,each group of 30 cases.The observation group was nursed with clinical pathway,and the control group received routine nursing care.Health knowledge,hospital stay,hospitalization expenses and satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The mastery of health knowledge of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group （P ~ 0.05）;Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter,hospitalization expenses was significantly less,and the complications was less（P 〈 0.05）;The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis can significantly shorten the length of stay and reduce the cost of treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
