Application of PDCA cycle tool in constructing rational drug index system

目的探讨PDCA循环工具在构建合理用药指标体系中的应用。方法通过调整药物治疗学委员会,利用德尔菲法构建合理用药指标体系,并开展相关措施,运用PDCA循环工具促进临床合理用药。结果临床用药指标得到改善,合理用药水平得到提升。结论 PDCA循环工具在构建合理用药指标体系中具有重要作用,能找出管理的薄弱之处,持续改进,为合理用药监测提供基础,利于医院用药安全体系的构建。

Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle tool in constructing rational drug index system. Methods In order to promote the rational use of drugs in clinic, the Committee of drug therapy was adjusted. At the same time, the index system of rational use of drugs was constructed with Delphy method and the PDCA cycle tool was used to improve the index system. Results The indexes of clinical medication and the level of rational drug use were improved. Conclusion PDCA cycle tool plays an important role in the construction of rational drug use index system, which can find out the weakness of management and improve it continuously： It provides the basis for rational drug monitoring and is beneficial to the construction of hospital medication safety system.
