深圳市宝安区结核病患者家属结核病防治知信行情况分析

An investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice about tuberculosis prevention and treatment among close contacts of tuberculosis patients family members in Shenzhen baoan district

目的对深圳市宝安区结核病患者家属进行结核病防治,分析患者家属的知信行情况。方法随机抽取70例深圳市宝安区结核病患者家属作为观察对象,对所有观察对象展开针对性的结核病防治教育,然后采用问卷调查的方式,对患者在接受指导前后的知信行进行调查,进行统计学对比。并分析结核病患者家属对于结核病中有关知识、行为、态度存在不足的地方,探究应对的方法。结果在开展指导工作后,患者家属的知信行情况得到了较好的改善,前后各指标进行比较得出的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结核病患者家属对于结核病的行为态度还存在有不足的地方,一些知识的知晓率还不够,需要医务工作者加强管理和教育引导,帮助结核病患者家属养成良好的行为态度,并提升相关知识知晓率,有益于患者病情的控制。

Objective To TB prevention and control, shenzhen baoan district TB patients＇ families knowledge,attitude and practice analysis of patients Family members. Methods Randomly selected 70 shenzhen baoan district TB patients＇ families as research object, the object for all observations on specific tuberculosis prevention education, and then with the method of questionnaire survey, the patients before and after the receive guidance to knowledge,attitude and practice analysis investigation, statistical comparison.TB patients＇ families and analysis for tuberculosis related knowledge, attitude and behavior in the insufficient place, to explore the method of deal with. Results TB patients family members aware of knowledge about the behavior of the attitude and the related need to be perfect, can strengthen the propaganda education, peer education, psychological counseling and other methods to intervene, to improve the behavior attitude and knowledge awareness of TB patients＇ families after the guidance work, patients＇ families knowledge, attitude and practice analysis investigation situation got better improvement, comparing the indexes before and after it is concluded that the significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TB patients＇ families for tuberculosis （TB） the behavior of the attitude that there is insufficient place, some knowledge of awareness is not enough, need medical workers to strengthen the management and education guide, helping families of TB patients develop good behavior attitude, awareness and improve the related knowledge, be beneficial to patients in the control.
