摘要
目的对医院护理管理措施实施的现状进行调查,通过分析制定完善的护理管理措施。方法 2016年5月~2017年6月期间,依照医院护理管理的相关原则,由四个方面进行16个项目的设计,每个项目均分为两项评价标准。制定调查问卷,调查160名护理工作人员在其所在的医院,进行医院护理措施的实施与有效性的情况进行调查。结果实施"提高护士和床位比例、提高护士奖金、护士自主进行排班"等五项管理措施的有30%以下的医院,而70%以上的医院实施的主要是定期调查患者对护理满意度情况、调查护士的考勤等七项管理的措施。不同层次医院之间护理管理措施实施与实施的有效性比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论强化医院人力资源、质量管理的措施,有助于提高医院护理综合质量,提高护理的工作效率。
Objective To investigate the present situation of the implementation of nursing management measures in the hospital, and to make the perfect nursing management measures through the analysis. Methods From May 2016 to June 2017, according to the principles of hospital nursing management, 16 projects were designed from four aspects, each item was divided into two evaluation criteria. A questionnaire was made to investigate 160 nursing staff in their hospital, and to carry out the investigation of the implementation and effectiveness of the nursing measures in the hospital. Results The implementation of "improving the proportion of the nurses and beds, improving nurses' bonuses, nurses doing their own scheduling" and other five management measures have the following 30% hospitals, while more than 70% hospitals were mainly regular surveys of patients for nursing satisfaction, nurses attendance and other seven management measures. The effectiveness of the implementation and implementation of nursing management measures between different levels of hospitals was more obvious, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the measures of human resources and quality management in hospital can improve the comprehensive quality of hospital nursing and improve the efficiency of nursing.
