摘要
本文使用简单小室装置研究了6种不同基质的舒喘灵制剂对小鼠皮肤的渗透吸收,6种制剂24h的透皮吸收率分别是:溶液剂72.2%;水溶性软膏Ⅱ42.9%;亲水性软膏35.7%;水溶性软膏Ⅰ15.6%;亲油性软膏4.4%;水溶性软膏Ⅲ0.73%。结果表明软膏基质可以控制舒喘灵的释放,并且表明基质的组成和比例可以影响药物的释放、渗透和吸收。
Percutaneous absorption of salbutamol fromsix different ointment bases across the rat skin us- ing simple cell device was performed. The absorp-tion ratios of different bases over 24 hours are so-lution 72.7%; water-soluble ointment Ⅱ 42.9%, hydrophilic ointment 35.7%, water-solubleointment I 15.6%, lipophilic ointment 4.4%and water-soluble ointment Ⅲ 0.73% respective-ly. They showe that the quantity and rate of ab-sorption can be controlled by changing the compo-sition of bases.
