浅析中国亚太自贸区战略与地区经济一体化进程

An Analysis of the China's FTAAP Strategy and the Regional Economic Integration Process

随着2014年北京APEC会议制定"北京路线图",亚太自贸区构想在10多年内取得了长足发展,并从愿景迈向了实际行动。亚太自贸区战略是中国国际和平发展战略的重要组成部分,这有国内和国外两部分因素的考量。鉴于地区经济合作现状和各国立场,亚太自贸区建设未来发展将面临一些障碍。面对严峻的形势,在亚太自贸区战略背景下,中国需要积极面对和努力,包括坚持持续推进亚太自贸区建设,以维护国家经济安全;进一步联络东盟,以防止其倒向美国;以亚太自贸区建设为平台推动中美合作;重视地区小国和中等强国的战略作用。

With the'Beijing Roadmap'laid out in the Beijing APEC meetings in2014,the concept of the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Area(FTAAP)has made considerable progress in more than 10 years,striding from vision into actual action.The FTAAP strategy is an important part of China's strategy for international peace and development,with two considerations for both domestic and foreign factors.In view of the status quo of regional economic cooperation and the national positions,the future development of the FTAAP will face some obstacles.In the face of the grim situation and within the context of the FTAAP strategy,China needs to actively confront and strive against it,including insisting on continuing to build FTAAP to maintain national economic security,further engage with ASEAN to prevent it to turn to the United States;promoting the cooperation between China and the United States on the platform of building the FTAAP;and attaching importance to the strategic role of small and medium-sized countries in the region.
