七氟醚对发育期大脑毒性作用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 越来越多的研究表明,发育期中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)暴露于七氟醚后导致广泛的神经元凋亡、神经退行性变等,在成长过程中出现学习记忆和认知障碍及远期行为异常[1,2];部分学者也在探究可能减轻七氟醚诱导发育期神经毒性的干预措施。发育期大脑的神经电生理特点对于哺乳动物而言,
