基于Logistic回归的医院感染管理影响因素分析

Analysis on factors of nosocomial infection management based on Logistic regression

目的:分析医院感染管理工作的相关因素,为确保医院感染管理质量,提高医院感染管理水平,进而采取有针对性的预防控制措施提供依据。方法:采用SAS 9.1对调查数据进行统计分析处理,使用多分类Logistic回归的方法找出其相关影响因素。结果:领导重视程度、临床科室人员日常工作配合度以及隔离防护用品佩戴情况对医院感染管理水平的影响差异有统计学意义。结论:以上3个因素对医院有效开展感染管理防控工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

Objectives： To analyze the related factors of nosocomial infection management, improve the quality and the ability of nosocomial infection management and to provide some evidence for nosocomial infection prevention. Methods： Multiple classification logistic regression by SAS 9.1 was used to analyze data and find out main influence factors. Results： It showed that leader＇s attendance, daily work of clinical staff and the situation for wearing protective equipment had a statistical significance on the level of nosocomial infection management. Conclusions： The above 3 factors can give some reference for effectively improving nosocomial infection management.
