摘要
为顺应新医改要求,体现医院公益性,绍兴第二医院以百年医院"3H"文化为背景,自2012年通过招募院内外志愿者组建了"3H"志愿服务队。"3H"志愿服务队根据专业特长及患者和群众需要分成5支小分队,在不同的领域分别开展了包括癌症患者心理辅导、健康促进、门急诊导诊、病房陪伴、慈善爱心进社区等志愿服务工作,取得了一定成效。志愿服务在润滑医患关系、提升品牌形象等方面起到了积极的推动作用,也成为充实和丰富医院文化内涵的重要内容。结合医院实际工作,介绍了绍兴第二医院志愿服务工作的开展背景、具体做法及成效,并对医院文化和志愿服务间的相互关系进行了思考。
To show public welfare feature and meet the requirements of the new healthcare reform, "3H" volunteer service team were formed in Shaoxing Second Hospital since 2012 on the backgrounds of century-old "3H"(Head, Hand Heart, all in our service) culture. Volunteers were recruited from hospital staffs and local residents, and divided into 5 teams according to their specialties and demands of local people. Volunteer service covers psychological counseling of cancer patients, health promotion, guidance in emergency or outpatient department, companion of inpatients, and beneficence to residents in community. Volunteer service helps promoting the relationship between hospital and patients, helps improving the brand image of hospital. It also plays important role in enriching the connotation of hospital culture. The background, detail procedure and outcome of the volunteer service in our hospital are introduced in this paper. And correlation between hospital culture and volunteer service are discussed here.
