摘要
为了研究采用车辙试验检测橡胶沥青混合料高温稳定性的适用性,对橡胶沥青混合料、复合橡胶沥青混合料、沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料三种间断级配混合料进行配合比设计,并进行车辙试验,得到不同温度和时间下试件的变形量及动稳定度。结果表明:橡胶沥青混合料的变形量最大,动稳定度最小;虽然橡胶沥青混合料压密稳定阶段较长,变形量较大,但是车辙试验可以评价橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性能。
In order to study the applicability of using the rutting test to detect the high temperature stability of rubberized asphalt mixture, the design of three kinds of gap graded mixes of rubberized asphalt mixture, composite rubberized asphalt mixture and stone matrix asphalt mixture was conducted, and the deformation and dynamic stability of the specimen under different temperatures and time were obtained from the rutting test. The results indicate that the rubberized asphalt mixture shows the biggest deformation and the lowest dynamic stability; despite the long stage of compaction stabilization and large deformation of rubberized asphalt mixture, the rutting test can still be applied to evaluate the high temperature stability of the mixture.
