摘要 为了评价自制地质聚合物隧道防火涂料在不同隧道类型等级条件下的适用性,以粉煤灰地质聚合物作为黏结剂,多种轻质矿物材料作为骨料,通过耐火、耐酸碱性、抗沾污、耐水性、耐冷热冻融性等多种物理化学性能测试,分析发泡剂、胶粉、耐火骨料以及SiO2气凝胶对涂料耐火性能、黏结性能等的影响。经过室内及工程实际测试,发现筛选出的隧道防火涂料配方的各项性能均优于相关技术规范指标的要求。 In order to evaluate the applicability of self-made tunnel fireproof coating with geopolymer in different types and grades of tunnels, with geopolymer made from fly ash as binder and a variety of lightweight mineral materials as aggregate, the effects of foaming agent, rubber powder, refractory aggregate and SiO2 aerogel on the fire resistance and bonding properties of the coating were analyzed by means of a series of tests on the resistance to fire, acid-base, stain, water and freeze-thaw cycle. It was found by indoor tests and engineering practice that the selected tunnel fireproof coating formulation has better properties than required by relevant technical specifications.
