摘要
针对传统拌和方式下水泥稳定碎石基层混合料拌和均匀性差、成品混合料时常存在干燥露白现象等问题,以京新高速公路白明段路面施工项目为依托,对普通搅拌与振动搅拌作用下的水泥稳定碎石混合料外观以及矿料级配进行分析研究。结果表明:振动搅拌作用使混合料中的水与集料充分接触,水泥、水与集料达到充分均匀弥散的状态,细集料均匀包裹粗集料,且矿料级配变异性小于普通搅拌作用,有利于水泥稳定材料耐久性和强度的提高。
Aiming at the problem of poor mixing homogeneity of cement stabilized macadam for base course with traditional mixing mode, based on the pavement construction project of Baiming section of Jingxin expressway, the appearance of cement stabilized macadam prepared by ordinary stirring and vibratory stirring and the gradation of aggregate were studied. The results show that the water within the mixture is in full contact with the aggregates due to the vibratory stirring; cement, water and aggregate achieve a state of fully uniform dispersion, with fine aggregate evenly wrapping the coarse aggregate; the variability of mineral aggregate gradation is less than that of mixture prepared by ordinary mixing, which is beneficial to the durability and strength of cement stabilized materials.
