村庄城镇化发展的空间特征与内在机制研究——基于长江三角洲的案例分析

Study on the Spatial Features and Mechanism of Village's Urbanization:Cases in the Yangtze River Delta Region

村庄城镇化发展作为农村社会经济变迁的产物,逐步成为一个显性现象,需纳入到总体城镇体系的自觉演化过程中观察。文章聚焦长江三角洲的典型案例,将村庄城镇化发展归纳为三类空间类型,首先分析案例共性的空间特征。继而以"国家宏观制度变迁—村庄微观制度调整"的基本框架去解释村庄城镇化发展的内在机制,框架既考虑到了历史的连续性,也兼顾了村庄集体行动的逻辑。最后指出村庄城镇化发展导致了新的乡镇协调问题,对乡镇规划管理工作提出了挑战。

The urbanization process of villages is the result of economic and social changes in rural areas, whacla has become an explicit phenomenon and should be analyzed in the integral urban-rural system. The paper identifies three spatial patterns based on the typical cases in the Yangtze River Delta and analyzes their common spatial features. Then it explains the mechanism under the framework of ＂macro institutional change： flexible adjustment of village institution＂, which concerns the historical background and collective action of the village. At last, it points out that the new coordinative issues within the small towns should be considered seriously
