上海市近郊外来人口集聚区的公共服务供给研究——以南翔镇为例

Research on Public Services in the Migrant Population Cluster Area in Suburb Shanghai:Taking Nanxiang Town as an Example

本文利用空间统计的方法得出具体的上海市近郊外来人口集聚区,并通过服务半径和居民主观满意度分析其轨道交通、小学、医疗设施和公园绿地的供给情况,认为近郊外来人口集聚区居民各类设施的需求没有得到满足,但居民对各类设施的要求不高,只要能满足基本需求即可获得较高的满意度。因此,可以通过低成本投入的方法完善这些地区的设施来显著提高居民的生活水平。

This article brings out the specific external population cluster area in outskirts Shanghai by using spacial statistic method. And by using service radius and satisfaction to analyze the provision of subway, primary schools, hospitals and parks, this paper proposes that the service demand of the outskirt external population area is not answered. However, people do not require a high level of service, providing a basic level of service can strongly improve their satisfaction. Thus we can improve their living condition with a low investment of basic service.
