传统村落整体性保护策略探究——以浮梁古村为例

Traditional Village Integrated Conservation Strategy Research:A Case Study of Fuliang Traditional Village

本文以江西省景德镇市浮梁县浮梁旧城村为例对传统村落整体性保护策略进行探究。面对当今传统村落保护与规划中的热点和难点问题,笔者结合浮梁古村现状进行分析,梳理归纳出四点普遍特征,并对传统村落的保护与发展方式进行了思考。笔者基于浮梁古村自身条件及资源优势,提出了在规划理念上遵循历史沿革、在区域空间上配合产业协调及在文脉内涵上推动整合提升三方面的对于传统村落整体性保护的新要求,突出了古村落街巷、空间、产业及文化等各要素在发展过程中的内在联系和协同作用,强调了在传统村落保护过程中文脉传承整体发展的重要性,从而促进古村落的可持续发展和全面复兴。

The paper takes Fuliang traditional village in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province as an example to discuss the traditional village integrated conservation strategy： Facing the hot and difficult issues in the conservation and planning of traditional villages in recent years, the author summarizes four common features according to the current situation in Fuliang village, and thinks about the integrated conservation methods of traditional villages. The author proposes three dimensions according to the resource advantages of＂ Fuliang traditional village, including the historical planning continuity in planning concept, the coordination with industry in space development and the context connotation integrity to improve the request of integrated conservation in traditional villages. The paper emphasizes the inner link among streets, space, industry and culture and the importance of cultural heritage and the integrated development of context in traditional village conservation to make the village revive.
