美丽乡村建设背景下的村庄规划体系创新研究——以北京市延庆区大吉祥村为例

Research on the Innovation of Village Planning System under the Background of Beautiful Countryside Construction:Taking the Grand Auspicious Village in Yanqing District of Beijing as an Example

近年来,北京市进入了美丽乡村建设的新阶段,如何高标准建设美丽乡村已成为乡村建设过程中面临的重要课题。本文将尝试构筑基于美丽乡村建设背景下的村庄规划创新体系,运用多系统的综合性规划理念,探索多方参与的协作式规划方法,开展有机更新的新农村建设模式,创建全面系统的责任规划师制度,突出村庄规划"实践性",总结出一套可复制、可推广的美丽乡村建设方法,探索新形势下北京市新农村规划建设的方法及思路,切实有效推动新农村健康良性和可持续发展。并以北京市延庆区大吉祥村为例,系统剖析这一规划体系的构建思路。

In recent years, Beijing has entered a new phase of the construction of beautiful countryside. How to build beautiful countryside with high standards has become an important subject in the process of rural construction. This article would try to build the village planning innovation system based on the background of the construction of the beautiful countryside. With comprehensive planning concept of the use of multi-system, the article would explore collaborative planning method for multi participation, as well as carrying out the village construction pattern of organic renewal and creating a comprehensive system of responsibility planner system. Meanwhile, the article tends to highlighting the village planning ＂practice＂ and summing up a copy to promote the construction of the beautiful countryside. Then the author would explore the village planning and construction methods and ideas of Beijing city under the new situation, effectively promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the village. This article takes the great auspicious Village as an example, systematically analyzing the construction idea of this planning system.
