美丽宜居村庄规划设计策略探讨——以后岸村为例

Discussion on Planning and Design Strategy of the Beautiful Livable Villages:A Case Study of Hou'an Village

浙江省美丽宜居村庄特色资源优势明显、规划建设基础良好,多元的地形地貌、深厚的文化底蕴及活跃的经济特色造就了丰富多样的村庄类型。在美丽宜居村庄的规划建设过程中,也出现了规划引领缺失、文化挖掘未显、产业业态单一、乡村风貌无序等方面的问题。本文结合浙江省台州市天台县后岸村的实证研究,探讨了"深化村庄设计,保证村庄规划建设落地;传承乡土文化,提升村庄发展品质内涵;升级乡村旅游,推进产业业态功能培育;展现风貌特色,建构乡村营造策略体系;明确管理实施,探索开发运营模式路径"等五个方面的规划设计策略,旨在为美丽宜居村庄规划设计实践及研究提供良好的借鉴。

The beautiful livable villages in Zhejiang province feature obvious advantages of resources, and have a good foundation of planning and construction. The diverse topography, the profound cultural background and the active economic characteristics have created rich and varied types of villages. In the planning and construction process of the beautiful livable Villages, there are also problems such as lack of planning guidance, unobvious cultural excavation, a single industry and rural style disorder. An empirical study is carried out on Houan village in Tiantai county. This paper systematically discusses the planning and design strategy of ＂to deepen the village design, ensure the implementation of village planning; local culture heritage, enhance the quality of the connotation of village development; upgrading of rural tourism industry, promote the function of cultivation; show style, construction of rural construction in four aspects of strategy system; clear management implementation, explore and develop operational model path＂. The purpose of this paper is to provide a good reference for the planning and design practice research of the beautiful livable Villages.
