我国房地产去库存面临的问题及解决路径

当前,结构升级调整已经成为房地产业的重要任务,其中房地产去库存又是重中之重。房地产去库存需要统筹规划、精准施策,要正确认识我国房地产业的特殊性。为解决我国房地产去库存的问题,文章提出应重拳清理整顿房地产业、实行弹性土地供给和发挥土地政策在房地产市场调控中的主导作用、支持住房消费多样化、控制金融机构对房地产业的过度投资、完善房地产业相关制度法规、坚持正确的舆论导向并重罚房地产业虚假信息的制造者和传播者等建议。

With strong power and long industrial chain, real estate industry has huge impact on the economy. Structural adjustment and upgrading has become an important task of the real estate industry at present, and destocking is the top priority. Overall planning and precision strategy is needed in destocking. Several problems need to be solved in destocking of real estate, including correct understanding of the particularity of China＇s real estate industry, cleaning up the real estate industry, giving full play to the leading role of land policy in real estate market regulation with flexible land supply, supporting housing consumption diversification, controlling the excessive investment in real estate by financial institutions, improving the relevant laws and regulations of the real estate industry, persisting in correct guidance of public opinion, giving severe punishment to the makers and disseminators of false information of the real estate industry.
