文化产业创新的机制与条件——兼谈广东文化产业实施创新驱动推动产业转型升级的路径

The Mechanism and Condition of Cultural Industry Innovation—Discussion on the Path of Implementing Innovation Driven and Promoting Industrial Transformation and Upgrading in Guangdong Cultural Industry

文化产业创新有其自身的机制与条件。与制造业相比,文化产业的创新更多是属于非技术性的"软创新"。智力资本是产业发展的基础与核心竞争力,是实施创新驱动的根本动力。产业生态环境、资本与技术则是实现产业创新的必要条件。通过分析广东文化产业创新主体与创新环境、产业发展实践以及产业促进政策,文章认为,只有构建起促进人才、资金、技术、体制机制、文化理念、商业模式等创新要素与创新链条有效集成的创新生态环境体系,广东文化产业创新才能有效驱动,才能实现产业转型升级。

The innovation of cultural industry has its own mechanism and condition. Compared with the manufacturing industry, the innovation of the cultural industry is more of a non-technical ＂soft innovation＂. Intellectual capital is the foundation and core competitive power of industry development. It is the basic motive force of implementing innovation drive. Industrial ecological environment, capital and technology are the necessary conditions for industrial innovation. Guangdong＇s cultural industry through innovation subject and innovation environment, cultural industry development experience of developed countries, industry development practice and industry promotion policy review, this paper argues that only built up to promote talent, capital, technology, system, culture, business model innovation and innovation chain effectively integrated innovation ecological environment system, Guangdong cultural industry innovation can effectively drive, to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading.
