供给侧结构性改革背景下实现出口贸易的转型是经济发展的必然趋势。当前,我国出口贸易转型面临全球贸易需求下降、要素成本上升、出口贸易商品附加值低等方面的困境。我国要通过鼓励和支持出口贸易企业的创新实践、降低和减少出口贸易企业的税费支出、改革和优化出口贸易企业的要素市场以及发挥自贸区和"一带一路"的推动作用等措施加快我国出口贸易的转型进程。
