跨境电子商务涉及物流、信息流、资金流以及信用机制,十分复杂多样化,加上外部法律政策、基础设施、信息资源共享等客观因素限制,国内跨境电子商务发展面临的阻力不断增大。为了有效破解我国跨境电子商务发展面临的困境,促进其健康有序发展,当务之急要建立和完善跨境物流网络体系,主要从以下几个方面着手:一是建立海外仓等跨境物流系统;二是加强物流过程监控;三是建立跨境物流供应链管理体系;四是大力争取各级政府政策支持。

In order to effectively solve the current cross-border e-commerce development difficulties, promote the healthy and orderly development, to establish and perfect a pressing matter of the moment of cross-border logistics network system, mainly from the following aspects： the first is the establishment of overseas cross-border logistics system; the second is to strengthen the logistics process monitoring; the third is the establishment of cross-border logistics supply chain management system; the forth is to strive for government policy support at all levels.
